Yupe... time does fly....Last nite, I was determine to change my routine..So I got my lazy bum to work... Get all the 'morning' routine done before lazy bum went to bed...Phew!! I was impressed in the morning, I saved 70% of my time consuming 'morning' routine and I felt so much Better!!! Last year, I have been visiting the ENT specialist at Damai for my bad otitis media... it was so painful that I can't work properly...Today, I have it again on my right ear... I blame the cotton bud... I have this habit of swabbing my ear every day after bath with a cotton buds..It is my habit for past 25 years and it does not taken any toll until today...
