Bad Ear Infections...

Last year, I have been visiting the ENT specialist at Damai for my bad otitis media... it was so painful that I can't work properly...

Today, I have it again on my right ear... I blame the cotton bud... I have this habit of swabbing my ear every day after bath with a cotton buds..

It is my habit for past 25 years and it does not taken any toll until today... I'm suffering with bad ear infection... Dr said there is puss inside the ear canal... yuck and OMG!!!

Must stop this habit...

It is really itchy and painful... I lost abt 20% of hearing.....

Help me past this one God!!!
